Let me tell you this right here and now – there are no secrets, magic pills or wonder cures that will help flatten your stomach. To flatten your tummy then you will have to work for it. It takes plenty of hard work, you will have to sweat and it will take time to flatten your abs!
To flatten your stomach comes down to basically two things – you need to be doing exercise and committing to a proper diet.
Exercise
Do exercises every day at 30 minutes minimum and include 1-2 days of rest break each week. Anything that brings your heart rate up is good, be it going to the gym, swimming, jogging etc.
Do exercises that target your abdominal region, vary your exercises, do crunches, leg raises, sit-ups etc. Do plenty of cardio exercises!
Diet
Eat healthier and cut down on junk food. Watch our for sugar. Watch how many soft drinks you consume. Watch our for carbs, don’t eat pasta, rice and potatoes in evenings.
